Accepted into university at just 16 years old, Mr. Dear has long demonstrated academic excellence and clinical drive. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice, Post Graduate Degree in Adult Gerontology Acute Care & is currently pursuing his doctoral degree with a focus in midwifery to further expand his expertise in managing medically complex patients across all stages.
Mr. Dear chose medicine because he believes the greatest gift one can offer is to be present for others when they need it most. His extensive certifications and clinical experience are matched by a deeply human approach to care—focusing not just on treatment but also on healing, comfort, and connection.
In addition to his clinical practice, Mr. Dear is in academia as a nursing professor and a speaker at national healthcare conferences. He remains actively involved in several professional organizations and is committed to advancing clinical knowledge, teaching, and improving patient outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, his two kittens, Korra and Nori, travel, fitness & yoga.
